If you qualify to apply for a place in one of our hostels (see conditions), you should look for a suitable place and then apply to us as early as possible. The allocation of rooms is based on the date when your application is recieved. Please note that students with children or evidence of severe disability are given priority. Your moving in is independent of the date of the start of the semester.

Essential: make an application

1. Please download the application form and the corresponding notes to your computer.
   Notes:
   The application form and the notes are in PDF format. To open the files you require a programme such as Acrobat Reader, which you can download here. These documents are in addition available in paper form from the Studentenwerk in Stuttgart and in the refectories in the city centre, Vaihingen and Ludwigsburg.
2. Please print the form out and fill it in with reference to the notes.
3. Then send it by post to:
